1. Supplier Identification

COMMERCIAL SINKS LIMITED is registered in the Republic of Ireland with Company No: 298456.

2. General

These conditions and no others shall apply to all quotations and all orders and contracts for the manufacture or sale of goods.

3. Property of the Goods

The legal title to any goods supplied by COMMERCIAL SINKS LTD shall not pass to the customer until the full price of the goods has been paid. If the customer defaults in any payment due to us then we may forthwith take possession of all goods in respect of which such payments are due.

4. Liability

The goods supplied by us should only be installed by suitably qualified tradesmen. The goods should only be operated in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all persons using the goods shall be familiar with the proper method of operation.

5. Delivery and Risk

Whilst COMMERCIAL SINKS LTD will make every effort to deliver the goods in accordance with pre-arranged dates and times, no guarantee is given as to delivery times or dates nor will it accept liability for loss or damage occasioned by any delay in delivery. 

Delivery will be made only to the address specified by the customer. 

Delivery of the goods shall be deemed to be made on the arrival of the goods at the nominated delivery point prior to off loading and the risk in the goods shall thereupon pass to the purchaser. 

6. Claims for Damages or Short Delivery

Any item which is delivered in damaged packing or appears to be in damaged in any way should be signed for as “damaged”. If the goods are signed for without any comments then the carrier will deem the goods are “received in good condition”. If the goods are later discovered to be damaged the carrier will not allow any claim whatsoever. In such circumstances there will be no liability on the part of Commercial Sinks Limited to offer compensation.

Where the customer shall seek to claim for damage in transit or for shortage of delivery or loss of goods this must be done within three days of delivery.

The company reserves the right to offer a refund only for the item that has been broken in transit.

7. Returns & Right to Cancel 

Bespoke, customised, tailor-made, or goods personalised in any way are non returnable.

Customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of fourteen days.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under a duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract and no later than 14 days after cancellation.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or if you return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. The item must be in a saleable condition. Large or bulky items may be subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the invoiced price of item being returned. Description of "large or bulky items" is at the discretion of COMMERCIAL SINKS LTD.

We will refund your payment once we have received and processed the item as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of notice of cancellation. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to or if you fail to return goods you will be liable for any charges incurred in relation to attempts to collect the goods. 

8. Guarantee

All products carry a minimum of 12 months parts only warranty except where displayed with special warranties.

Exceptions regarding warranty claims are:

  • Misuse of equipment
  • Improperly maintained
  • Incorrectly installed
  • Terms of Payment

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due in full at time of order.

We take great care to ensure that all images are a true representation of our products. We take no responsibility for slight changes in manufacturers deviations.

9. Prices

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. At no time will we share your information with any third-party except where required to do so by law or where required to do so for the purpose of completing your order. For further information please see our dedicated Privacy Policy.

11. Payment & Security

All online payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments and encrypted with AES-256. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Commercial Sinks Ltd have no access to, and never see, your card details. 

12. Errors, Inaccuracies And Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or newsletter that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, product images, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

13. Conclusion

These terms are governed by Irish and EU law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by Irish law.
