Grease is the number one cause of blocked drains in commercial kitchens. Grease, fats and oils damage wastewater equipment and reduce the efficiency of the wastewater treatment processes. The solution is to install an "at source" Grease Trap. These units, which are manufactured entirely from stainless steel, will reduce the grease content entering your waste water by up to 95%. There are two size units available, the 60Ltr model and the 180Ltr model. Both units take up a relativly small floor space and can usually be fitted underneath a specially adapted sink unit.
