Our bain-maries are manufactured to the highest standards and come complete with sliding doors, heated cupboard, and drain-off valve.
Bain-maries can be supplied with heated display gantries for carvery lines or with heated chef aid gantries for kitchens. We can also fit fold-down heated gantries for bar/mobile service.
Bain-maries are available in single and 3Phase power.
We recommend running our bain-maries with water, however, they may be run dry.
