Hydraulic Trolleys

The trolley construction employs a fully welded fabrication, offering a wide stable platform, able to withstand heavy use and designed to give many years reliable use. Finished In a durable and wear resistant dark blue powder finish the manual unit employs a single acting hydraulic hand pump coupled to a heavy duty ram and fall safe valve.

Embalming Trolleys

Fixed Trolley

A conventional fixed height trolley fitted with a semi obese tray worktop built onto a rigid fully welded stainless frame. The tray features a contoured profile and incorporates a nominal 50mm fall leading to the drain.

Transfer Trolley

This stainless trolley performs exactly as a traditional stacking trolley but offers an adjustable height platform and one person operation. When used with a fridge tray this unit obviates the need for an embalming table and is very useful in confined areas where it avoids the need for other transfer equipment. The fully welded fabrication provides a wide and stable platform, which can be set at any convenient level for the operator. Once the tray is captured on the slide it can be raised using the electrically powered rams and remote umbilical control to provide any desired gradient to the tray, so allowing drainage to the associated sink.

Easyroll Trolleys

This versatile and novel trolley is designed to offer a very manoeuvrable coffin transport that easily folds down for convenient storage. Ideal for use in the workshop or equally with a vehicle, this compact transportable trolley is both easy to carry and use.

The fully welded stainless fabrication provides a wide stable platform designed to give many years reliable use. The pneumatic tyres provide free movement indoors yet are able to deal with rough terrain should the need arise.

With a standard working height of 600mm there is some scope for site adjustment to suit your own convenient working height. Main features are:

Trays & Racks

Body Trays

A comprehensive range of rigid mortuary body storage trays available in two basic styles either pressed or fabricated, in standard width's of 560, 660 and 750mm. The pressed style feature a satin finish flat tray with a shallow radiused perimeter profile, designed to contain fluid and ease body transfer whilst providing a crease free, easy clean fabrication.

The fabricated tray has a shiplap folded perimeter again offering a flat surface, which is slightly creased during construction to allow a neat channel to the drain. Alternate profiles and deep section trays are quite possible, as are bespoke widths and lengths.
Built in 304 grade steel with a satin, rivet free finish MS trays are complete with full width stainless handles and tray runners and designed to be compatible with most cabinets and mortuary trolleys.

Racking

These racking systems are purpose designed for installation into cabinets or as free standing units. Both refrigerated cabinets and open cold room systems generally employ slotted channels with full width rollers allowing simple tool free height adjustment. The 40mm rollers are fitted with maintenance free bearings mounted on stainless steel shafts, then finished with a PVC coating for easy cleaning. Manufactured either from 2mm 304 grade folded stainless steel sheet or welded stainless box section providing a reliable and solid platform this construction offers inherent tray safety and usability.

Free standing models are made up to suit the application employing an economic fully welded box section fabrication creating a rigid structure. Similar rollers to above, but spring loaded, are fitted at fixed heights. Ideally suited for cold room mobile or coffin storage.

Embalming Sinks

Stainless steel embalming sink providing a compact workstation for the professional. The sinks are designed for simple wall installation which allows integration with extract services and concealed service provision. The standard double unit offers a large upper sink bowl designed for general use such as cleaning, filling, etc.

The lower foul sink is designed to take the drainage from a tray or embalming platform, simplifying the disposal of waste. These compact sinks are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel featuring a smooth fully welded construction with integral rear upstand, so avoiding lips which can trap or hold contamination.

The sinks are designed for simple wall installation and provided with pre plumbed pipework for quick connection to services. MS sinks are fitted with lever taps, strainer wastes, thermostatic mixer and 3m trigger spray.

Ventilated Workstations

Designed for use in Mortuary, Pathology and other laboratory areas these workstations have applications for dissection, histology, trimming & staining. Generally designed to connect to the clients existing extract or ventilation equipment the air is extracted from the sump area pulling air downwards through the perforated worktop enabling operations to be carried out in a safe environment whilst eliminating operator fatigue.

As a significant variant to this we offer the option of recirculation using a self contained fan filter unit housed within the fabrication. Available in peninsular or island styles, together with a choice of work surface and sink configuration, the free standing fully ventilated units are manufactured from high quality stainless steel factory and are pre-plumbed, pre-wired, fully tested and certified prior to dispatch.

Other accessories extend to polypropylene cutting boards, hand held trigger operated wash down shower, macerator, remote controlled sparge wash down system, inspection lamps and airflow monitoring systems.

Refrigeration

The Refrigerated Mortuary Cabinet is available in single or multi door format and as its design is based on a modular format it can be readily adapted to match any particularly configuration or site constraint.

MODULAR DESIGN

The compact cabinets are complete with all internal components and fitted with slotted racking and full width rollers enabling upto 5 tier storage. Simple tool free roller adjustment is an essential part of the design and our precise alignment offers the the reassurance that the tray can't fall when loading.

Variants allow for obese and bariatric doors, side loading units for smaller rooms and individual doors for ethnic separation.

COOLING

The cooling plant we fit is supplied by a world class manufacturer to provide a fully functional cold storage facility. Available in several variants to meet any circumstance or site restriction this equipment is both energy efficient and environmentally friendly. The cabinet rooftop or wall mounted units offer best value for money, but we can install remote equipment where noise or heat can be a nuisance.

ANTI BACTERIAL FINISH

Our cabinet panels are finished in a 'silver ion' anti bacterial durable powder coated paint providing reassurance and protection against cross contamination. The panels are virtually sealant free due to an accurate manufacture process. The all round mechanical fasteners ensure tight joints when fully locked whilst providing a cabinet that can be disassembled in the future.
